Each year, I work with a small number of companies to help them become more operationally efficient and scale – either businesses I’ve invested in or as a paid engagement. I work directly with CEOs and their executive teams to help them align their strategy, refine their planning process, and implement the principles I describe in my book. Most of my coaching engagements last three years.

Evaluation

To get a clear picture of your goals, company dynamics, and leadership team, I take the time to conduct thorough research and assessments. This includes interviewing business owners and investors to gather their perspectives. I also use surveys to collect detailed input from the leadership team and broader feedback from employees at all levels.

Initial Workshop

I start the process with a two-day workshop designed for you and your leadership team. This session focuses on collaborative discussions to align on strategy, refine your planning process, and develop a concise, actionable one-page plan for the organization.

Quarterly Planning and Review

At regular intervals aligned with your fiscal year, I facilitate a two-day session with the leadership team. These meetings are dedicated to reviewing progress, analyzing results from the previous period, and establishing priorities to drive success in the next quarter.

Ongoing Coaching Support

Between the quarterly meetings, I offer monthly executive coaching calls. These sessions provide guidance on implementing strategies and serve as a platform to address any challenges or questions that arise as you execute your plans.
